At Sport Stride Shop, we stand behind the quality of our discounted athletic footwear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of running shoes, hiking boots, or any other performance footwear, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals & slides that have been worn or tried on without protective footwear socks. All other footwear categories (running shoes, tennis shoes, etc.) are eligible for returns if unworn.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process is the same as returns – simply indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange rather than a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- International refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process after we receive your return
