Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to customers worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping – Orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Shipping
We ship globally except to some Asian and remote regions. Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes
- Delivery times may vary based on destination country customs processing
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We stand behind our discounted athletic footwear and offer a simple return process if you’re not completely satisfied.
Key Return Details:
- Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sandals & slides that have been worn or tried on without protective footwear socks
All other footwear categories (running shoes, tennis shoes, hiking boots, etc.) are eligible for returns if unworn.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Body: Include product name, size, and reason for return/exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refund Information
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the same return process and indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- International refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process after we receive your return
